Day 1 – The Beginning

Today, after days of speculation and thinking how exactly to bend my schedule to accomodate it, I finally started.
Three months ago, when I went for a check up, I was diagnosed with a series of hormonal imbalances. To add to my woes, my lumbar discs have degenerated slightly and tend to get a little moody. These balances had to be restored and truck load of weight had to be lost, if I had to be anywhere in the vicinity of healthy.
That can only mean :
  •   Healthy lifestyle changes
  •   Sensible diets
  •   Consistent workouts
  •   Continued motivation
And here is the start. I went for my first workout. A simple 30 minute walk.
It is officially Day 1.
